1. The Grand Canyon
Located in northern Arizona, Grand Canyon National Park is one of the country’s most popular national parks and the image par excellence of the American West. Founded in 1919, the park contains 4931 km2 of protected space and geological wonders carved by the Colorado River for millennia. Here, the Grand Canyon, with its superb layers of red rocks, witnesses the long history of geological development and is one of the main attractions to see in the United States.
The best way to contemplate the canyon is to take the path called the Rim trail, which gives you access to several exceptional views. Or you can discover it by plane to realize its immensity.
2. New York
Commonly known as The Big Apple, New York is one of the most attractive cities in the United States. 3. Monument Valley
Fans of westerns and John Wayne movies, you can’t miss a stop in Monument Valley, one of the most iconic landscapes in the United States. On the Arizona-Utah border, the legendary site where over a hundred films were shot has become the symbol of the West.
You can discover it by car, along the Valley Drive, winding through a 27 km path, between sandstone mounds, geological formations called Mesas and panoramic views. To visit preferably at the end of the day to see the sunset.
4. Route 66
Route 66 is a monument of American history. Connecting Chicago to Los Angeles, the road crosses U.S. territory from east to west for nearly 5,000 kilometers. While much of the road has been replaced by modern highways, some portions have been preserved as a testimony to the spirit of the American dream.

5. Yellowstone National Park
Founded in 1872, Yellowstone Park was the first park in the world to be designated a national park and is one of the top attractions to see in the United States.
It covers over 3,500 square kilometers of breathtaking scenery and is famous for its wildlife, waterfalls, rainbow-colored hot springs and legendary geysers that regularly erupt like Old Faithful.
6. The Golden Gate Bridge
Located at the mouth of San Francisco Bay, the famous red bridge has become California’s emblem. Opened in 1937 to connect San Francisco and Marin County, this bridge is still fascinating today for its modernity and elegance.
2.7 km long and built 67 meters above the bay, it is possible to travel the Golden Gate by car, bicycle or on foot.
7. The Everglades
The Everglades marshes are undoubtedly an important destination to see in the United States. At the southern tip of Florida, you will be able to observe the incredible floral and animal diversity of the Everglades National Park, which is reputed to be the largest subtropical wilderness area on the North American continent.
Climb aboard an airboat and set off to meet protected animal species such as alligators, manatees or turtles.
8. The United States Capitol
Symbol of power and Washington, the country’s capital, the Capitol is home to the United States Congress. Built-in 1793, the building is inspired by the Louvre colonnade and the Pantheon in Rome and has become the emblem of US legislative power and democracy for over two centuries.

9. Antelope Canyon
Located in northern Arizona, in the lands of the Navajo, Antelope Canyon is the most photogenic place in the country with its rocky canyon that seems to sink to the center of the Earth. It owes its name to the time when antelopes flowed freely over the canyon. The orange chalk gorges are a joy for all photography lovers.
This geological wonder, sculpted by the wind and torrential rains, is discovered only through guided tours.
10. The French Quarter of New Orleans
A trip to the United States is not complete without having traveled the atypical and picturesque streets of the French Quarter of New Orleans, founded in 1718. Nicknamed the old square, it reflects the French and Spanish influence in its architectural and culinary heritage.

11. Yosemite National Park

14. Lake Tahoe
Located at over 1867 meters above sea level in the Sierra Nevada mountains, Lake Tahoe is a natural gem with clear waters and beaches lined with pine forests.
This natural wonder, which stretches over 500 km2, is the largest alpine lake in North America. The scenic road surrounding the lake passes through beautiful alpine forests with snow-capped peaks.
15. The Wave
Located in Vermilion Cliffs National Park, near the northern Arizona border, the Wave is a sandstone rock formation considered to be one of the most unique and harmonious geological formations in the American West.
To protect this extremely fragile area, entry is limited to 20 people per day. A special permit will be issued to the lucky ones to access this unforgettable site.
16. Venice Beach

17. Le Keys, Florida

20. Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park

22. The frescoes of Philadelphia – Pennsylvania
In addition to its Park of Love (officially called “JFK Plaza”) symbolized by the flamboyant sculpture “Love” by the artist Robert Indiana, the city of Philadelphia is a true open-air museum with its many murals (more than 5 000). The mural center also offers guided tours.
23. The Walk of Fame in Los Angeles – California
From Vermont Avenue to Sunset Boulevard, it’s the Walk of Fame, the gateway to the city of angels. From Neil Armstrong to Charlie Chaplin, over 2,200 names from the cinema (but also from music, television, radio, and theater) are honored in the form of a star positioned on the sidewalks of the best known American avenue.
