It is a bit slower but this time it will work for you! “Use High-Quality Engine” and “Deinterlacing” are the other two advanced settings in the main UI along with Safe Mode. You can click the gear icon to access them. Here, you can set the video codec, bit rate, FPS, aspect ratio, resolution as well as audio codec, channel, sample rate, and bit rate! We notice there is NO Platinum in the name. Do they work differently? Does that mean the Mac version is less powerful? From what I can see, they work just the same. The Mac version supports the latest macOS Big Sur and Silicon M1 Macs like MacBook Air, Pro, and Mac Mini. Please note if you are running macOS Catalina or Big Sur, be sure to allow the program to access the removable volume, which is your DVD drive, as shown below.
