Formal education and experience is not going to always provide a clear and proper assessment of these personal skills. These tests, for example, might help to provide a more realistic, better and current view of the abilities of a candidate than an official certificate of education. After all, maybe a candidate was amazing when he passed the college with a distinction and he topped the class but now that spark and enthusiasm is missing? That won’t be good for your business right? Thus, it is always good to evaluate the calibre, skills, behaviour and attitude of a candidate well in time than to regret later on.
