Going To A Rave? Here Is How To Have A Great Time

Going To A Rave

1. Focus On Your Friends

This may seem obvious, but hanging out with your friends at a rave is one of the best ways to go. They are your biggest supporters when times are tough. If you are comfortable enough to cry on their shoulders, you should have no problem headbanging with them.

Going To A Rave

In case you are not friends with many people in this scene, this is your chance to meet new ones. Many people at festivals are all about peace, love, unity, and respect, and will be more than happy to add you to their group. In addition, these festivals are typically filled with people from all over. Sure a rave bae might be fun too, but friends last a lifetime.

2. Network

Are you interested in working in the music industry? If so, you should look at these festivals as networking events. When you meet others, talk to them about your music, blog, social media presence, and anything else that is relevant to the situation. You can use this as a way to get your career off the ground.

Who knows? The right connection can turn you into a star overnight. Since people from all walks of life enjoy music festivals, you never know who you will run into.

3. Go Solo,

Going to a rave alone can be quite transformative. You can plan to see just the sets you like, stay as little or long as you like, and pretty much take advantage of your independence.

Just keep in mind that safety should be a priority. Stay aware of your surroundings, keep your phone safe, and try not to indulge in too much alcohol.

4. Go With A Family Member

Attending a show with your parents, siblings, and other family members is a great idea. You can show your parents what a rave is all about, which could strengthen your bond with them. Taking a younger sibling to a show and introducing them to the world of EDM is a nice brotherly or sisterly thing to do.

Do you remember how you felt the first time you attended a festival? Why not give that gift to your loved ones? Introducing others to EDM and sharing your passion is one of the greater joys in life.

5. Practice A Flow Art

Carrying a flow toy like these extra wide 1 inch glowing bracelets can keep you occupied so you are not too focused on all of the people around you. Practicing this while hearing live music will help you connect with the beat differently.

There is nothing like allowing yourself to be immersed in the flow. You can also perform for people around you and get to know some new rave friends. Practicing muzzling or shuffling means you will not have to go out of your way to bring anything. Besides, you don’t need to be a professional to enjoy dancing and art.
