1. Gluten-free maple syrup jam drops

This scrumptious and gluten-free jam drop recipe couldn’t be more simple or delicious!


  • Gluten-free plain flour x 1 & ½ cups
  • Butter (unsalted) x 150 grams
  • Organic maple syrupx ½ cup
  • Brown sugar x ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract x 1 teaspoon
  • Strawberry jam (or preferred flavour) x 3 tablespoons


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C while lining two flat baking trays with some baking paper.
  • Using an electric mixer, mix the butter, brown sugar, maple syrup and vanilla extract until the mixture is fluffy and light in texture.
  • Now add in the flour and mix until it is completely combined.
  • Grab a tablespoon and roll the mixture into around18 balls. Place on the baking tray about 4cm apart, gently flattening each ball.
  • Make a small indentation in the centre of each ball and then fill with the jam.
  • Put the tray in the oven and bake for 11 to 15 minutes or until they are golden.

2. Gluten-free chocolate fudge brownies

This recipe is gluten-free, tastes amazing, and each brownie will have its own deliciously gooey centre!


  • Eggs (large) x 3
  • Milk chocolate chips (or dark) x 150 grams
  • Rice syrup (organic if possible) x 1/3 cup
  • Brown sugar x ½ cup
  • Plain flour (gluten-free) x ½ cups
  • Butter (unsalted) x 170 grams
  • Cocoa powder x ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract x 1 teaspoon


  • Preheat the oven to 160°C and grab a square baking tray (8 inches) and then line with baking paper. Then melt the butter.
  • Grabbing a large mixing bowl, add in the brown sugar, butter and rice syrup. Then gently whisk until it is fully combined.
  • Add in the vanilla extract then gently whisk again.
  • Crack each egg one at a time when adding in and stirring.
  • Sift in the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and add in the chocolate chips.
  • Mix again until thoroughly combined.
  • Scoop the mixture into the baking tray using a spoon and then place it into the oven. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • When checking to see if they are ready, prick one with a skewer. If it comes out clean it means the brownies are ready.
  • Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before placing the brownies into the fridge. Wait at least an hour before serving.
