The only issue that you will face with such things is that they will reduce your focus span. Your brain will get addicted to fast-moving things and you won’t be able to find any interest in things that are not so entertaining. 

The first thing that you should do is try to reduce your time span with these things. Unless you are making good money out of them, there is no need to invest your time in them as well. Focus on your lifestyle, consume healthy foods and beverages like protein coffee, improve your fitness, and other important things as well. 

The following is the routine that you should be following in your daily life to improve your focus and stamina. 

WAKE UP EARLY

Well, you will have to sleep early in order to wake up early. You can do that by following a proper sleeping routine. It is really easy to do that because what you are going to need is sleep for 6 to 7 hours if you are willing to improve your overall health and fitness. Waking up early in the morning is really important for your overall health and this is something that can turn out to be great for your overall health.

As we all know that we become what we eat and due to this you have to follow a proper healthy diet. There are certain foods that are rich in energy-boosting nutrients and adding such foods to your diet can help a lot in improving your overall health and fitness.
